  4. saute bell peppers, garlic and onions.
  5. in a 13 x 9 pan spread out one layer of meat mixture pressing flat in pan.
  6. next spread out layer of bell pepper and onion mix.
  7. next will be a layer of spinach and mushrooms.
  8. next will be layer of cheese mix finishing off with a layer of pasta..
  9. repeat steps until pan is almost full to top.
  10. finish off top with cheese mix and bake for 35 -40 mins or till cheese melts.
