Bread Lasagne step by step

  1. To make white sauce: In a pan add 3 tbsp of butter. When the butter melts,add 3 tbsp maida and saute it in a way as no lumps should be formed. Then add milk and whisk it. Then add oregano and salt to taste. And our white sauce is ready..

  6. To make Lasagne: Take a baking tray or cake tin, spread the red sauce first followed by white sauce and bread slices. Then again spread white sauce,red sauce. Then spread saute veggies followed by cheese..
  7. Repeat this process 2-3 times. I done this 2 times. On the top after final spreding of cheese add very little red sauce,white sauce and veggies so that the lasagne don't look only white because of cheese but somewhat colourful..
  8. Then in a kadhai add some cooking salt place a stand and keep the baking tray on it. Let it bake for 15-20 mins on medium flame..
