  1. Boil the eggs. Remove the shells and keep aside..

  6. Add tomatoes. Add sugar. Cover and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes..
  7. Slit the eggs. So that the gravy gets into the eggs. You may fry then separately as well. But here I didn't for my 2 years old little man..
  8. Add the eggs to the gravy. Cover and cook for another few minutes..
  9. Add 1/2 cup boiled water. Cover and cook. Check whether the potatoes are well cooked or not..
  10. Lastly switch off the flame and add ghee and mix well..
  11. Serve hot with steamed rice..
