- What You needis 4 of eggs.
- Lets Go Prepare 1 cup of chopped onion.

- Boil the eggs. Remove the shells and keep aside..
- Heat kadhai and add 3 tablespoons oil. Add bay leave, cumin seeds and fry for a minute..
- Add whole garam masalas and fry for a minute. Then add onion and fry until golden in colour..
- Next add potatoes (optional). Add salt and turmeric powder. Cover and cook for a few minutes..
- Add all masala powders and mix well. Add ginger garlic paste. Cover and cook for another few minutes..
- Add tomatoes. Add sugar. Cover and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes..
- Slit the eggs. So that the gravy gets into the eggs. You may fry then separately as well. But here I didn't for my 2 years old little man..
- Add the eggs to the gravy. Cover and cook for another few minutes..
- Add 1/2 cup boiled water. Cover and cook. Check whether the potatoes are well cooked or not..
- Lastly switch off the flame and add ghee and mix well..
- Serve hot with steamed rice..
