Heat two skillets. Split the hotdogs lengthwise but not all the way through and lay them split side down in one of the skillets..
Add sauerkraut on top with the juices..
Spread it out and simmer till the juices disappear..
Add chili to the other skillet..

Cook chili till kinda dry and gets a bit of a crust about it. Just don't over char..
Add splitdogs to the bread.
Turn the sauerkraut it should have all the juices out of it. Add on top of the splitdogs..
Add chili.
