All bread dough instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, milk powder &salt)..
  2. In a separate bowl add sugar. Yeast (I'm using instant yeast) lukewarm milk..
  3. Combine wet into the dry gradually..
  4. After it has formed into a dough-like consistency transfer into a flat surface and knead it till it doesn't stick to your fingers (always dust your flat surface with maida)..
  5. Cove the mixture and let sit for 2-3 hours (I used instant yeast so I let is sit only for 15 minutes)..
  6. Preheat the oven to 250°C and bake it for 20 minutes at 250°C or until the top is golden and crispy..
  7. After it's done let it sit in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes for it to cool down.
