Falafel is usually served in a warm pita, or on a plate, with your preferred condiments. - Now lastly after 4 hrs fry these in medium hot oil..

- For making humus, add all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and purée into a sauce like paste..
- For a fluffy humus add some ice cubes in the grinder while making a paste of it..
- Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour before serving..
- For garnishing add olive oil over it and sprinkle some cumin powder..
