- Lets Go Prepare 1/2 cup of powered oats.

Sprouts Cutlet step by step
- Take a blender add sprouts, ginger garlic, green chillis, basil leaves, coriander.. Grind it to a coarse paste..
- Take out the grinded mixture in a bowl.. Add powdered oats, black pepper, salt, amchur powder, coriander mix it well..
- Make round balls of the mixture and shape them in a cutlet form.. If you want you can also put a cashew on the top..
- Take a pan add oil..once the oil is hot add the cutlets and shallow fry them on medium flame..
- Serve it with ketchup or chutney..
