- Lets Go Prepare 500 gms of Bombay Duck Fish.
- What You needis 1 of Potato medium sized.

Bombay Duck Fish Curry instructions
- First wash the fish properly twice or thrice with salt and turmeric powder. Wash carefully because the fish is tender it will break. Once it done. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat mustard oil in Kadhai. When the oil is hot. Add chopped potato. Wash potato. Peel the skin of the potato and cut into lengthwise. Fry till it become light brown in colour. Then add radish. Wash radish and peel it. Cut it into lengthwise. Fry it for few minutes. Then add all the dry powder. Mix it well. Add chopped onion again mix it..
