Jollof Spaghetti We Nigerians LOVE to ram it down the throats of. Making Jollof Spaghetti is almost the same as making the Nigerian Jollof Rice, I only add a little twist to this recipe to make it a more suited for Spaghetti. Jollof Spaghetti instructions

  1. Wash and blend all the ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Put water inside a clean pot and set on fire until the water boils then add the spaghetti and cook for 5mins then remove from the fire and serve and drain the water.
  3. In another pot add the Groundnut oil and set on fire when hot add the blended ingredients and stir and leave it for about 5mins then add the seasonings,curry,spices to it and stir and add water to the pot and cover it until boils then add the drained spaghetti stir a little and leave until done.
  4. I sprinkled some flesh of Fried chicken......Serve while its hot..
