Ingredients of Detox Energy Balls

  1. What You needis 4 tsp of ginger Powder.
  2. Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of ashwagandha powder.
  3. Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of mulethi powder.
  4. Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of white musli powder.
  5. It's 1 tsp of satavari powder.
  6. What You needis 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  7. Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of ganthoda powder.
  8. It's 2 tbs. of turmeric powder.
  9. Lets Go Prepare 1 cup of grated jaggery or as per taste.
  10. What You needis 1/4 cup of Ghee (as per requirement to form balls.I have used ¼ cup).

  1. First in a bowl add all the dry powder, mux well. Then add jaggery,again mix well with hands and try to melt it.,then add ghee gradually, as required to form balls.once jaggery is merged, make small smooth balls. Consume daily morning,on empty stomach. You can stire it in air tight container for 1 month..
