Cream of Pumpkin 🎃 Soup 🥣 step by step
- Wash & Slice the Pumpkin accordingly....
- Heat up a large frying pan/wok over the medium flame: Add in the EVOO & then, the sliced onions.
- Sauté lightly until it reduces a bit in its volume...Add in the garlic cloves as well & sauté.
- Once done: Add into it the pumpkin slices, add in the salt & black peppers & the red chilli flakes.
- Sauté for about 2-3 mins time, until it changes its colour slightly.
- Then, add in the water, wait until it comes to a boil & then reduce the flame to the medium-low & allow it to cook for 15 mins time, with its cover on.
- Allow it to cool down completely before blending into a smooth paste... Before serving warm it up a bit- if it’s very thick, can dilute it by adding about 2 tbsps of warm water.
