- What You needis 3 of chicken Tangri kebab (3 whole legs).
- It's 120 gms of onion.
- It's 200 gms of Tomatoes.
- Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander/Dhania powder.
- Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of Cummin/ Jeera powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Kashmir Lal mirch powder/ chilli powder.
- Lets Go Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- It's tbsps of Mustard oil-3.
- What You needis 1/4 tsp of Whole Coriander /Dhania seeds.
- What You needis 1 of whole dry red chilli.
- What You needis 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
- It's 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
- It's 3 of or more green chillies if you like the heat.
- It's 2-3 tbsps of green coriander chopped.

- Debone the chicken and cut into small pieces if you get long fiber..
- Chop the onion, tomatoes, green chillies, green coriander..
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the whole coriander seeds and whole dry chilli....let it crackle, then add the chopped onion and saute it for a minute or two..
- Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it, add little salt too, then add the chopped tomatoes and mix well..
- Then add Turmeric, coriander powder, cummin powder, chilli powder saute it, add water as required and saute / bhunno the masala for about 10 minutes..
- Then add the deboned chicken into the gravy and mix well, add water if required let it cook for another 5-10 minutes,check salt, if required add more. Almost at the end add the green chillies and coriander and give it a mix....cook for another 5-10 minutes, check the consistency you want, add water and cook till you get the desired consistency of the Bharta.
