  1. In a bowl add mash potatoes, all chopped veggies, chilli flakes,red chilli powder, mixed herbs, grated cheese, flattened rice powder, corn flour and fresh coriander...Mix all ingredients well...And keep in refrigerator for an hour..

  3. In a bowl add All purpose flour, Corn flour, salt and black pepper...Add water to make slurry.(.add little water at a time..To make it lumps free.).
  4. Grind the bread pieces in mixer Jar to make crumbs..
  5. Now dip each nuggets in all purpose flour slurry,one by one...and then coat with bread crumbs.Keep them in refrigerator for 10 mins..
  6. After that deep fry all the nuggets in hot oil...In two or three batches on medium flame..
