Crush biscuit in a blender or with ur hands.
Take the curd and add the biscuit,honey,sugar,gems and mix well.
Take a cup and add some crushed biscuit and gems if u want.
Pour the ice cream mixture in the cup.
Put a spoon or ice cream stick in the mixture.
Freeze it for 2 to 3 hours.
