- Take some chickpeas that have been soaked over night make sure to strain out all the water and grind them slightly. Make sure they don’t turn into a paste let it be coarse.
- Now add salt, finely chopped garlic, cumin powder, baking powder, chopped coriander to the chickpea mixture and mix it well.
